TRIBUTE MINERALS EXPANDING TITAN-24 SURVEYS

June 5, 2003

Tribute Minerals is pleased to announce that it has completed its current TITAN-24 geophysical survey on the Dixie property.

The TITAN-24 system has been contracted to proceed to survey the Fredart Lake, Copperlode, and Garnet Lake (Arrow) properties.

The Fredart Lake property has an historical resource of 428,000 tons of 1.56% Cu (Copper) and 33.6 grams Ag (Silver) drilled to a depth 120 metres or 400 feet. The TITAN-24 system details anomalies to a depth of 2000 metres or 6560 feet.

The Copperlode property is host to the E-Zone which reported an historical resource of 160,000 tons of 1.08% Cu and 8.3% Zn (Zinc).

The Garnet Lake property is host to one of the best drill results in the region, on the Arrow zone. Diamond Drill hole GL97-2C returned 3.32% Cu, 30.6% Zn, 55.3 grams Ag and 2.27 grams Au (gold) over 3.8 metres or 12.5 feet.

These targets will be subject to TITAN-24 surveys beginning immediately on the Fredart and proceeding to the Copperlode and Garnet (Arrow) properties. The ability to interpret survey data to depths well beyond the capabilities of past technologies will hopefully lead to new targets or extensions related to these previously discovered near surface results.

Tribute also announces that having completed theTITAN-24 survey work on the Dixie property, the company will let the drill contract and begin to drill test the information gathered over the past 14 months utilizing this new technology. Further information in this regard is expected shortly.
