FALL DRILL PROGRAM TO FOLLOW UP ON HIGH GRADE MINERALIZATION ON DIXIE PROPERTY, RED LAKE

Toronto - Mr. Ian A. Brodie-Brown is pleased to announce that Tribute Minerals will commence a fall drill program on the Dixie Property effective Wednesday September 22 with a proposed two-hole program of approximately 1000 metres. The program will test the projected extension of the Dixie 19 Showing east of Tribute Drill-Hole DX-2002-01 which had intersected a horizon of massive sphalerite with a reported grade of 15.92% Zn over 0.75 metres (See Tribute Press release Sept 3, 2002). Borehole geophysical survey results for DX-2002-01 completed by Tribute indicate the presence of a conductor associated with the showing that trends and plunges steeply to the east, and is supported by the results of the TITAN survey indicating the presence of a strong IP chargeability anomaly in the vicinity of the proposed holes.

At the Garnet Lake Property “Arrow Zone”, Quantec Logging Services Inc. have completed borehole geophysical surveys on the three holes drilled during the summer program. The results will be combined with re-imaged and re-interpreted borehole geophysical data from previous work. Based on these results, a follow-up drill program is planned for the winter of 2004-05 after freeze-up focusing on targets on and in the vicinity of Garnet Lake.

This program will be conducted under the direction of consulting geologist Trevor Boyd Ph.D., P. Geo, and a qualified person (QP) for the purposes of NI 43-101.

Ian A. Brodie-Brown, President.
