TRIBUTE ANNOUNCES EXERCISE OF 6,000,000 WARRANTS
Tribute Minerals Inc. has confirmed that six million warrants with a strike price of 30 cents have been exercised by the warrantholder. These warrants were part of a financing completed in March of 2004, by RAB Special Situations. The exercise of these warrants provides Tribute with $1.8-million in working capital. The company currently has 53,571,910 common shares issued and outstanding.
